I began my career as a human resource generalist with a major financial institution. My ability to connect with every applicant earned me a reputation for recruiting and retaining the best personnel available. Moving up the corporate ladder to various human resource management positions, I learned the leadership skills necessary to empower others to create opportunities in a rapidly changing and challenging work environment.

Facing many internal and external roadblocks in my own career I left the corporate arena and formed Innovators & Motivators, Inc., a human resource consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create tomorrow’s opportunities out of today’s challenges while saving BIG money.
